1. Dispatch & Processing Lead Times

  • In-Stock IT Hardware & Industrial MRO: Dispatches within 24–48 business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding Federal holidays) after payment verification or signed Federal PO receipt.
  • Electronic Software Delivery (ESD) & Volume Licenses: Delivered via encrypted email within 4–24 business hours of order verification.
  • Custom Configure-to-Order (CTO) Rack Servers: Custom server builds (`/configurator`) undergo hardware assembly, RAID initialization, firmware updates, and 24-hour thermal burn-in testing, dispatching within 5–10 business days.

2. Authorised Carriers & Palletized Data Center Freight

  • Small Parcel & Express: Shipped via insured UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, FedEx Ground, or FedEx Priority Overnight with signature confirmation on high-value IT hardware.
  • LTL Palletized Data Center Freight: Enterprise 2U/4U/6U servers, UPS battery cabinets, and bulk industrial MRO orders ship strapped on shock-mounted pallets via insured LTL Freight (liftgate and inside data-center delivery available upon request).
  • Federal CONUS / OCONUS / APO / FPO: Full support for MILSTRIP/MILSTAMP labeling, RFID/UID tags, and military installation gate delivery.

3. Mandatory 7-Day Receiving Inspection & Transit Damage Protocol

Buyers must inspect all cartons and pallets upon delivery. If visible exterior pallet/carton damage is present at delivery, please note "Damaged Upon Delivery" on the carrier's Bill of Lading (BOL) or delivery receipt. All claims for concealed transit damage, Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) defects, or wrong items shipped must be reported within 7 calendar days (1 week) of delivery via our 7-Day Return & RMA Portal (/returns).
